CEJN Hose 300 MPa DN 4

In addition to the couplings, a spiral-steel reinforced polymer hose has an ultra-hi working pressure of 300 MPa. Its low volumetric expansion gives fast response time in hydraulic systems while the smooth inner bores minimize pressure drops. The small OD makes the hose ideal for tight routing. CEJN says many can be supplied ready assembled and factory tested in the required length.

The range of hydraulic couplings has expanded for CEJN Industrial Corp., Gurnee, Ill, with several new series. Several new products meet the ISO 16028 standard and are available in many versions and sizes, including couplings in steel and stainless steel with a working pressure to 500 bar. ISO 7241-1 standard couplings in different sizes come in steel. And ISO 7241-1 B couplings in several sizes are available in steel and stainless.

A pressure eliminator on some release residual pressure on the nipple side. To enhance the hydraulic quick-connect range, new products include a flat-face design screw-to-connect couplings and two different pressure monitoring systems.

CEJN says its hydraulic hoses and couplings are suitable for a variety of applications and environments such as mobile and industrial equipment as well as the offshore, chemical, paper and pulp, and food industries.
