Antaira intros industrial gigabit 10-Port PoE+ unmanaged switch with 10G SFP+ slots

By Michelle Froese | June 6, 2017

Antaira Technologies, a global developer and manufacturer of industrial networking devices for harsh environment applications, has expanded its industrial networking infrastructure family with the introduction of the LNP-1002G- 10G-SFP- 24.

Each LNP-1002G-10G-SFP unit is built to withstand industrial networking hazards such as shock, drop, vibration, electromagnetic interference, and temperature extremes (-40° ~ 60°C).

LNP-1002G- 10G-SFP- 24 is industrial-grade equipment that is Ethernet ready to fulfill various markets’ edge-level networking applications in harsh and outdoor environments, including wind power and utility sectors. The device supports high-density Ethernet port connectivity, 10G fiber backbone, long-distance data transmission, and has an excellent reliability factor.

Antaira’s LNP-1002G- 10G-SFP- 24 is the latest industrial gigabit PoE+ unmanaged Ethernet switch series that offers high-density for eight full gigabit Ethernet ports with PSE: 30W per port and two 10G SFP+ fiber slots for long-distance connectivity.

This product series has an IP30 rated metal casing design that has DIN-Rail or wall mounting support. The device provides a dual-redundant power input range of 24 to 55VDC with an overload current and reverse polarity prevention, as well as high EFT (2,000VDC) surge protection and ESD (6,000VDC) protection.

There is also a built-in relay warning function to alert maintainers when power failures occur. The units conform to the following dimensions of 54mm (W) x 99mm (D) x 142mm (H) and a unit weight of 3.0 pounds.
