Renewable energy consultants, AWS Truepower, have released their Wind Trends Bulletin for October 2016. Monthly wind performance maps for October 2016 show deviations in the wind resource from average October conditions in every region of the world.
The monthly Wind Trends Bulletin is based on a custom combination of three reanalysis datasets: ERA-Interim, MERRA, and CFSR. The use of all three allows for rapid, reliable updates of global wind conditions.
