Centera Land & Title Services now TerraPro Solutions, more inline with the business

By Paul Dvorak | September 12, 2016

Centera Land & Title Services, a leader in risk management solutions, has changed its name to TerraPro Solutions. The name change reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its service offerings to include training and coaching.

A pioneer in the development of proven risk assessment and management solutions, Kimberlee Centera understands the risks and challenges that renewable projects face. Under her leadership, TerraPro Solutions identifies and manages potential risks from initial due diligence through project completion.terrapro

“The new divisions of our company were designed in response to the needs of our clients,” said Kimberlee Centera, CEO of TerraPro Solutions. “The training teaches project leaders how to recognize and mitigate potential problems to avoid costly losses. It empowers the project team to ask the right questions at the right time.”

With a proven track record of over 20 years in both wind and solar, TerraPro provides a wide range of services from land acquisition and due diligence for investment and financing, through construction and post-construction operations. The organization’s long list of clients includes the Balsam Lake solar project in Ontario, Canada; the Buckthorn wind power project in Erath County, Texas; the Springbok solar project in Kern County, California; and the Community Solar Garden projects in Denver and Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Founded as Centera Land & Title Services, the company has changed its name to TerraPro Solutions, because it has gone far beyond its original service offerings. TerraPro Solutions’ risk management process includes in-depth risk reviews and comprehensive analysis as well as training and coaching that empowers project team members to make informed decisions about risk management.
