Composite manufacturer Markos builds, launches, and delivers high speed boats

Markos, a Polish composite manufacturer, built, launched and delivered two high speed boats (RIB) ordered by Madera RIBs. The composite boats are designed to work as offshore crew carriers.

Main technical data: LOA 11.50 m, beam 3.45 m, height 3.40 m, speed 35 knots.

Markos’ main scope of production is wind turbine nacelles, hub covers, RIBs, lifeboats, rescue boats, tenders, leisure boats, technical boats and steel elements according to EN 1090. Boats (including RIBs) and other composite products can be done according to customer documentation and requirements. The project can also be done solely by Markos, starting with concept development, 3D CAD model, CNC machining and the vacuum infusion or hand lay-up production.
