Nergica, formerly TechnoCentre éolien, has announced the finalists of the 6th Quebec Wind Energy Industry Gala. The event will be held on June 12 in Carleton-sur-Mer, as part of the 12th Quebec Wind Energy Conference. It is presented by Siemens Gamesa, which acknowledges the organizations and individuals that have distinguished themselves in the Quebec wind sector over the past two years.
After careful consideration, the jury retained 12 businesses and three individual finalists.
“We received strong candidates that clearly reflect the development and maturity of the wind sector. The jury was impressed with the high quality of the businesses and active entrepreneurs in the industry,” said Frédéric Côté, General Manager of Nergica, the organization behind the 6th Quebec Wind Energy Industry Gala. Businesses and individuals were invited to apply in one of seven categories.
“This gala is the perfect opportunity to highlight and celebrate their accomplishments,” he added. The winner in the Enterprise of the Year category will be chosen from the finalists and unveiled at the gala.
The Gala aims to reward organizations and individuals who have particularly distinguished themselves within the Quebec wind sector over the past two years.
