Flexible structural urethane adhesive for metals and plastics

Offering excellent moisture/humidity and environmental resistance, Loctite UK 1366 B10 adheres well to aluminum, PVC, polycarbonate, stainless steel, ABS and galvanized steel.

Loctite UK 1366 B10, a flexible, general-purpose structural adhesive from Henkel Corporation, bonds dissimilar substrates including metals and plastics, and withstands expansion and contraction caused by temperature fluctuations. The adhesive’s excellent impact strength and flexibility mean that bond lines withstand stress, vibration and movement without failure.

Offering excellent moisture/humidity and environmental resistance, Loctite UK 1366 B10 adheres well to aluminum, PVC, polycarbonate, stainless steel, ABS and galvanized steel. No surface preparation, such as abrasion, is required to achieve a strong bond on coated substrates. This nonflammable, two-part polyurethane adhesive offers a 30-minute work life and fixtures at room temperature in just 35 minutes.

Loctite UK 1366 B10 is available in a 415 ml dual cartridge that fits easily into manual or automated dispense equipment. The adhesive is proven for structural assembly of truck/trailer bodies, specialty vehicles and small components found on wind turbines.
