Gear-oil cleaner for high-viscosity lubricants

By WPED Contributor | June 27, 2014

CC Jensen filter_150dpiIntended for wind turbine high-viscosity lubricants, the HDu 15/25 PV series off-line fine filters feature a large by-pass valve to ensure controlled operation at low temperatures. The filter pump draws oil from the lowest point of the system. Clean oil is returned to the top of the transmission box. The cellulose filter material, in several stacked discs, have a filtration degree of 3 µm, capturing 98.7% of solid particles on one pass. The water absorption capacity of the cellulose insert is up to 50% of the total contaminant holding capacity of 1.5 liters.
