EDF is currently seeking an experienced Customer Account Manager to join their O&M group. This role requires establishing relationships throughout the customer’s organization to gain an understanding of their needs and provide better support and product offers. The position also involves managing the contract renewal process for existing customer accounts.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates should have five-plus years of experience in managing customer relationships at all levels within an organization, and wind industry experience is required. Experience in project management is an asset.A Bachelor’s degree is required with a Master’s degree preferred. Fluency in other languages, such as Spanish or French, is ideal.
