Klüber Lubrication to showcase high-performance gear oil at WINDPOWER 2016

By Paul Dvorak | April 27, 2016

Klϋber Lubrication, a worldwide manufacturer of specialty lubricants, will feature its high-performance gear oil and heavy-duty grease for wind turbines in booth #2429 during WINDPOWER 2016, May 23-26, 2016 at the Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, Louisiana.kluber lube GEM 4-320N

Klübersynth GEM 4 N series is a high-performance, synthetic oil for gear drives. The clean oil provides outstanding protection against wear with resistance to micropitting, foaming, and the formation of residues. Klübersynth GEM 4 N series utilizes advanced base stocks and additives for maximum performance. Compared to alternative formulations, the product provides long life, high load-carrying capacity, and shear stability. Klübersynth GEM 4 N series is approved by major manufactures and proven in large gear drives around the world.

Klübersynth AG 14-61 is an adhesive, white lubricant for open gears. Klübersynth AG 14-61 is designed for yaw and pitch systems in wind turbines. The synthetic base oil ensures excellent coverage and easy application at low temperatures. Desirable characteristics of this grease include great resistance to wear from heavy loads and vibrations plus high protection against corrosion when exposed to moisture. Klübersynth AG 14-61 is free from black additives which reduces consumption and improves cleanliness around the application.
