A lubrication company will present lubricants and services at the HUSUM WindEnergy 2012. Klüber Lubrication will unveil its adhesive lubricant Klübersynth AG 14-61 for girth gear/pinion drives and plain bearings. The lubricant has a wide service temperature range, down to -30°C, the company says.
Also on display will be its synthetic gear oils of the Klübersynth GEM 4 N series, which offer high scuffing load capacity, micro-pitting resistance, and wear protection. The company says they are resistant to ageing and oxidation and have a good viscosity-temperature behaviour, and show excellent anti-foam properties.
Klüber will also present its services, including grease condition analysis, which helps to optimise availability. Based on results, the failure risk of expensive components or systems can be reduced and useful life be increased, the company adds.
