Moxa Receives Best Employers Award From Aon Hewitt

By WPED Contributor | July 18, 2013

moxa2Moxa, a provider of hardened networking, communication and computing solutions, has announced that its headquarters for Global Design and Engineering operations received Aon Hewitt’s Best Employers Taiwan 2013 award recognizing it for superior employee engagement and leadership.

The award comes on the heels of Moxa’s Global Sales and Marketing headquarters in Brea, California being named to the Orange County Register’s Top O.C. Workplaces.

aib“It’s clear that Moxa’s emphasis on corporate culture and employee welfare has become a true differentiator in our industry,” according John Yelland, Moxa’s Vice President of Global Marketing. “Over the past 25 years, our company has continued to invest heavily in programs that enable employees to fully develop their potential and be recognized for their contributions. We are extremely honored to be recognized for these efforts by both our employees and by Aon Hewitt.”

Every year since 2001, Aon Hewitt has conducted an extensive study in the greater Asia-Pacific region of how employers maintain a competitive advantage through their people. Each year thousands of companies both big and small participate in the study, which is capped off with a small number of companies being chosen as recipients of the Best Employer Award. In addition to Moxa, other companies recognized this year included Chailease Finance Co., American Express, FedEx and Schneider Electric.
