New face shield and splash goggle combo offers one-of-a-kind anti-fog coating & UV protection

By Michelle Froese | August 24, 2016

BK Vader Combo

Vader Combo is a vented, splash goggle with an integral face shield, fog and UV-protection, with reverse venting for extra comfort.

If your job leaves you exposed to rain, wind, or even risk of debris flying in your face, you need protection. Sometimes unfavorable conditions can be dangerous, causing impact, injury, or just temporarily impaired vision from fogged up eye protection.

These combined hazards require combined protection. Enter: the Vader Combo from Brass Knuckle. Vader Combo is a vented goggle with face shield that provides one-of-a-kind facial protection. It is a splash goggle with integral face shield that combines full-face impact and wetness protection with unparalleled anti-fog properties.

The N-FOG protection exceeds the European EN 166/168 standard — lasting 15 times longer than the minimum set forth by that standard.

Vader Combo is also 99.9% UV protection-rated for outdoor wear, and provides impact-protection through goggles designed with an ANSI-rated, polycarbonate lens and hard coating. The face-covering impact shield is an integral piece of the goggle (rather than attaching to a hard hat), ensuring Vader Combo moves where the wearer’s head moves and keeps the protective cover closer to the face so there’s less splash-back in wet conditions.

With a D3 droplet and splash-protection rating, the aqua-green splash goggle features a roomy, over-the-glasses design with reverse venting for comfort and soft rubber seals around the nose, eyes, and brow for a comfortable, custom fit.

Brass Knuckle offers high-value safety products sold through their network of distributors at a lower cost.
