By Paul Dvorak | August 15, 2014

Osiris

The sheet list the two certifications for the Osiris 10 and a few production specs.

Osiris Energy is a global manufacturer and marketer of small wind turbine systems for use in residential houses, farms, telecommunication, business and retail buildings, government buildings, and schools. Their small wind-turbine designs are well suited for low wind and harsh environments with a short paypack period. In addition to advanced technology, the company says it has one of the largest global installed bases of over 2,000 turbines.

The company also offers AWEA 9.1 certified Osiris 10 small wind turbine system through InterTek.  Osiris 10 also achieved IEC61400-2 certification.  Recently it is also listed on the unified equipment list for ITAC state incentives.  During testing, the turbine scored 99.6% operation up-time, which exceeded the required 90% standard.
