PRECISION-HAYES International announces it will exhibit and promote its new products designed to provide superior quality and safety at World of Concrete, February 2 to 5, in Las Vegas. The Posi-LOCK PLUS10encapsulated post-tensioning system delivers enhanced sealing capability to resist corrosion and ensure system performance. In addition to the Posi-LOCK PLUS10, the company will also be showcasing its Utility Shear, which is designed to easily cut steel strand.

The Posi-LOCK PLUS10 encapsulated post-tensioning system offers a simple and effective method to protect all components in the anchorage system, while ensuring superior performance. Featuring improved sealing capability, all sealed joints are designed, tested and certified up to 10 psi, which is over six times the Post-Tensioning Institute requirements. The Posi-LOCK PLUS10 also features a unique seal-lock for redundant sealing, providing a mechanical joint between the anchor tube and tendon sheath.

Steel tendon materials within a post-tensioning system are often extremely tough and hard to cut. Many operators use a chop saw to cut through the material, which can be dangerous due to kick back and potential sparks. The PH portable utility shear is an ideal solution because it cuts through material cleanly and can be easily transport from job to job.

“Our post-tensioning products are designed to provide superior performance while maximizing safety for our customers,” said Paul Hohensee, Marketing and New Product Development Leader at Precision Hayes.

The company will be at booth N2027. Paul Hohensee will be available throughout the show to demonstrate the Posi-LOCK PLUS10 and the utility shear, and to discuss the company’s future initiatives and comprehensive offering.
