Romax Technology releases RomaxDESIGNER Basic Training 2014 schedule

The RomaxDESIGNER Basic Training schedule for 2014 is now available.

Basic Training courses will be offered at Romax’s Troy, Michigan, offices on the following dates and will run from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.:

  • March 24th – 28th
  • May 12th – 16th
  • July 14th – 18th
  • Sep 15th – 16th
  • Nov 10th – 14th
RomaxDesigner software provides a virtual product development and stimulation environment and is widely used in wind turbine design.

What you will learn
Trainees can expect to learn the foundations of modelling and analysis with RomaxDESIGNER. At the end of the course, trainees will be able to model both simple and complex gearboxes, predict system deflections and component misalignments, design and rate gears and bearings, predict the influence of housing flexibility, predict gearbox efficiency, and more.

What is included?
Every trainee will receive a training manual and CD containing example models. Meals and refreshments will also be provided.
