Sika Industry Target Market USA announces the appointment of new personnel in the customer service group.
Ms. Julie Griffin joins Sika as a customer service representative, reporting to Monica Gapczynski, customer service manager. Griffin worked for Sika’s Customer Service Department previously from 1994-1998 servicing the Aftermarket and Marine customer groups. Most recently, Griffin worked for the Lamphere School District in Madison Heights as a substitute teacher. In her new role, Griffin will be responsible for serving the Transportation A&C customers.
Griffin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology from Michigan State University.
