STAUFF Oil Quality Sensor monitors condition of gearbox oil

By WPED Contributor | April 9, 2014

STAUFF introduces new Oil Quality Sensor (OQS). Because the OQS from STAUFF monitors oil condition, contamination, and moisture, oil can be changed based on need rather than a set interval. This can lead millions of gallons of oil saved every year.

The STAUFF OQS sensor is a live, highly-flexible, and cost-effective monitoring solution, designed to be permanently mounted within any lubrication system on any type of machine. The sensor measures contamination in all industrial equipment, including:

  • Diesel and gas engines
  • Compressors
  • Industrial gear reducers
  • Wind turbines
  • Generator sets
  • Hydraulic systems
