Suzlon Group, a global renewable energy solutions provider, has won a repeat order of 50.40-MW wind power project from a leading IPP company. This is a maiden order for 24 units of Suzlon’s new S111 120m hybrid wind turbine, each with a rated capacity of 2.1 MW.

Suzlon will install 24 units of 2.1-MW, S111 120m hybrid wind turbines, which are expected to reduce 0.10 million tonnes of CO2 emissions per annum.

Located in Karnataka, the project will be completed by June 2017. Suzlon will execute the entire project on a turnkey basis and will also provide operation and maintenance services.
