ZF Services announces a new authorized service provider for the company’s wind power division

ZF ServicesZF Services, LLC, the strategic aftermarket business unit of ZF Friedrichshafen AG in North America, is pleased to announce the signing of Upwind Solutions to their Authorized Service Provider network. Upwind Solutions, out of San Diego, CA, is the latest addition to the network of authorized dealers which permits them to perform field repair on ZF Services’ wind power gearboxes.

Effective January 2014, Upwind Solutions was added to the Authorized Service Provider network for the wind power division of ZF Services, LLC. Upwind Solutions will now have the authorization to perform turbine gearbox field repair for ZF Services, LLC in selected regions across the U.S.

As an official repair provider for ZF Services, LLC, Upwind Solutions will be handling the full gearbox model range to include all Hansen legacy models as well Non-ZF gearbox models. To ensure the highest quality service, Upwind Solutions will receive additional training and continue to utilize the same approved ZF procedures with original ZF components.

ZF Services, LLC is looking forward to the positive outcome of adding Upwind Solutions to their ASP network. The addition of Upwind Solutions will improve service levels for Hansen owners. The further authorized service provider will also provide additional value for all customers.
