Timber Road Wind Farm is located in Paulding County agricultural land. It lets Ohio farmers the option of farming while generating revenue from wind.

EDP Renewables North America LLC (EDPR), a fully owned subsidiary of EDP Renováveis SA, has secured two 15-year Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with an undisclosed commercial and industrial company.

EDPR intends to sell the energy produced from its 125-MW Timber Road IV wind farm project.

Timber Road IV wind farm is located in the state of Ohio, U.S., and is expected to start operations in 2019. Including this agreement, EDPR holds 2.2 GW of wind energy long-term agreements in the U.S. for projects (installed between 2016 and 2020) — which is above its target of 1.8 GW.

Overall, EDPR has now also contracted c.3.8 GW of global capacity additions, exceeding its business plan target of 3.5 GW capacity additions for 2016 to 2020 period, as announced at EDP Group Capital Markets Day in May 2016.
