Ergodyne’s new snug-fitting reversible knit cap features a stretchable yet soft material that ensures warmth and visibility at work sites.

Just ahead of winter, Ergodyne has added several new thermal headwear pieces to its N-Ferno and Chill-Its Lines. These items will keep workers comfortable in the harshest environments with a variety of new patterns, colors and materials to make winter warmth customizable.

“Our new warming headwear pieces are designed to be functionally smart and aesthetically appealing,” said Alsie Nelson, Product Manager at Ergodyne. “They’re built to keep workers and outdoor enthusiasts warm, dry and safe.”

Additions include:

  • N-FERNO 6816RT Realtree Reversible Knit Hat. The stretchable polyester 6816RT Hat has a Realtree Xtra pattern on one side and soft brown fleece on the other.
  • N-FERNO 6832 Spandex Balaclava. Ideal for environments that are cool but not cold, the 6832 is a lightweight, stretchable spandex balaclava face mask that fits comfortably under hard hats and other head protection.
  • N-FERNO 6823HV Hi-vis Lime Wind-Proof Balaclava and 6823 Gray Wind-Proof Balaclava-Wind-proof Hinged Balaclava. Erogyne’s best-selling 6823 Wind-Proof Balaclava is now also available in either hi-vis lime and gray with black trim. The stretchable fleece with wind-resistant fabric covers the nose and neck against a variety of elements.
  • Chill-Its 6485 Realtree Multi-Band. The versatile 6485 Multi-Band now comes in a cool Realtree Xtra camo pattern for outdoor enthusiasts to use in a variety of ways.

“These options were designed with the worker in mind, but weekend warriors can use them too,” said Tom Votel, President & CEO, Ergodyne. “There’s no reason gear should be all substance and no style.”
