HARTING now offers its largest portfolio of assembly tools yet, including hex keys, crimp tools, panel punches, torque sets, and more. These tools align with the company’s products for large form-factor industrial and board-level connectivity. They offer a solution that precisely fits the connector or contacts involved, making each job quick and reliable.

The extensive tooling line-up has also expanded to include a slim-line screwdriver set and tightening torque tools for guiding pins.

The tightening torque tool offers simple operation with a fixed torque (0.5 Nm), which makes it almost impossible to over or under tighten.

The slim-line screwdrivers are ideal for assembly with the integration of the insulation at blade diameter. HARTING battery or manually operated panel cut-out punch tools make it simple to quickly and accurately create the corresponding panel cut-out right on the spot, eliminating laborious sawing.

The punch tool is available in different sizes (e.g. for Han B or Han-Compact). HARTING’s crimp tools cover the assembly needs from D-Sub all the way up to 240-millimeter-squared wire cross sections, and includes manual crimp tools, battery-operated crimping tools for field assembly, and fully automated crimp tooling machines.
