The TechnoCentre éolien has announced its 12th Quebec Wind Energy Conference, which will be held from June 11 to 13 at the Baie Bleue Hotel in Carleton-sur-Mer in Quebec, Canada. With an expected attendance of over 225 participants from throughout the wind sector, this 12th edition of the Conference will feature the 6th Quebec Wind Energy Industry Gala, which is scheduled for June 12.
The Gala is an ideal opportunity to recognize the excellence of those organizations and individuals who have made particularly outstanding contributions to the industry in the past two years.
“We can now say that the Quebec wind sector is a mature and well-established industry. A considerable number of businesses operating in this sphere are widely recognized both here in Quebec and beyond. The various nomination categories that we propose for the Gala will allow any given organization to showcase its achievements and competencies,” said TCE General Manager Frédéric Côté.
“It is important to underscore their hard work and to celebrate both the excellence of their achievements and the benefits that they generate for the industry at large and for Quebec,” he added.
In this regard, businesses and individuals may submit a nomination for any of the following eight categories:
- Wind-farm Developer
- Exports
- Wind-farm Operations & Maintenance
- Innovation
- Manufacturing Enterprise
- Personality of the Year
- Service Enterprise
- Enterprise of the Year
Organizations have until April 15 to submit one or more nominations. Nomination forms are available in the “Gala” section of the Conference website.
