Video borescope boasts more than 15 probe options

By Steven Bushong | June 14, 2012

Wireless Recording Video Borescopes (DCS1800) and Recording Video Borescope (DCS1600) have more than 15 probe options each. These include different diameters, lengths and viewing angles. The DCS1800 and 1600 save time by enabling quick and precise visual inspections of inaccessible or hazardous areas of complex machinery and equipment without disassembly or teardown. For example, one probe can be a slim 5.5 mm (0.22 in.) dia, 1m (3.28 ft.) long flexible-obedient, or have a front view camera probe that is water, oil, and dust proof to IP67 standards. The standard probe has a depth of field of 10 to 300 mm and four adjustable super-strength white LEDs that yield superior image resolution.General Tools & Instruments
