Biodegradable lubricant for hydraulic systems

By Paul Dvorak | March 23, 2015

RSCXEnviroLogic 132 hydraulic fluid is ISO 32 grade hydraulic oil for use in general purpose hydraulic systems, including windpower applications. The lubricant has long proven the performance and safety benefits of a bio-based, readily biodegradable oil versus the conventional petroleum-based hydraulic fluids used the hydraulic pitch control mechanisms of wind turbines. By providing long lasting anti-wear and corrosion resistance, the use of EnviroLogic 132 allows for more time harnessing wind and less time maintaining equipment.
