Complimentary firms launch training partnership

By Paul Dvorak | May 23, 2011

Tech Safety Lines says it will partner Rope Partner Inc. to provide reliable safety training for wind turbine technicians. Tech Safety is known for a patented SRK-11, a Self-Rescue Kit certified by Underwriters Laboratories that provides immediate and independent rescue capabilities to wind-industry technicians working at heights on turbine towers. The new alliance with Rope Partner, a provider of turbine inspection, maintenance, and repair services, delivers enhanced training options for wind technicians working in the field. Rope Partner employees have received extensive TSL cross training and are now training providers for Tech Safety Lines Inc.

The two companies are confident that its partnership will enhance the wind industry’s ability to comply with OSHA mandates for the prompt rescue of each employee.
