Maybe the world’s most advanced laser alignment technology

By Paul Dvorak | October 15, 2015

For nearly 50 year, Hamar Laser has been providing highly accurate alignment systems to many different industries and for many different applications.  20 years ago they developed the world’s first 4-axis shaft alignment system.  All of that experience and knowledge has gone into the design of the S-660 Wireless 3-Axis Shaft Alignment System, with the result being able to offer you the most accurate, easy-to-use shaft alignment tool available today!

Half-the-time alignments – Shim once, move once

The Couple6 software for the Stealth Series was designed with the most novice user in mind. Easy-Guide was developed to make navigation through the alignment so easy that little or no training is needed.

Dual-Fan technology provides highly accurate, simultaneous measurements of offset and angle using two 0.5-degree laser fans and two PSD’s, essentially giving you the confidence of it being 5 times more accurate than other entry level systems.  Higher accuracy means better repeatability and more accurate shim calculations meaning you don’t have to keep doing the alignment over and over again.  Shim Once, Move Once!

Couple6 software sports Easy-Guide navigation

Creating the industries best hardware is of little value without great software to run it.  The Couple6 software for the Stealth Series was designed with the most novice user in mind. Easy-Guide was developed to make navigation through the alignment so easy that little or no training is needed.  Easy-to-follow, high quality, colored screens lead users through each stage of the alignment, and even if they get stuck, the software manual is built in and has an on-demand help feature that takes the user to the correct page of the manual for the current screen.
