With positive rod displacement metering, the new Servo-Flo 105 system dispenses precision volumetric shots and precise bead profiles.
The Servo-Flo 105-HV High Volume, Variable-Ratio Meter System is said to be ideal for high-precision meter-mix dispensing processes for two-part materials. The high-volume design dispenses up to 35 in.3 – 575 cc – of metered and mixed material at 1:1 ratio. The unique dual-servo motor design allows adjusting ratios without mechanical changes to the machine. The material ratio is easily adjusted without costly mechanical equipment alterations.
The dispenser is a positive rod displacement metering system which provides maximum precision and ratio control. For precise ratio control, independent servo motors lets each meter pre-pressurize to a correct setting to ensure precise on-ratio start of dispense and to eliminate off-ratio conditions in the beginning of the dispensed material. The system can provide different shot volume sizes, consistent bead diameters, and respond to flow rate inputs for varying robot movement speeds. In addition, flow rates can be varied and stay on-ratio during the dispense cycle.
The system program allows over 250 pre-programmed dispense settings for different part sizes. The system’s operator interface control quickly sets dispense flow rates and adjusts material ratios. For some two-part materials this allows changing cure time or durometer adjustments to a supplier’s batch variation or alternate formulation, and changing material types such as epoxy, silicone, urethane, or acrylic.
With positive rod displacement metering, the new Servo-Flo 105 system dispenses precision volumetric shots and precise bead profiles. The meter system accepts low to high-viscosity materials and is supplied by pressure tanks or pumps. The Servo-Flo 105 meter, control panel, and supply can be floor-mounted, portable-cart mounted or enclosed in a cabinet with many dispensing features.

Precision dispensing is essential. If the dispense is even off slightly, it can have severe consequences and the product can be altered or damaged entirely.
